Karen Sredni was born in Bogotá, Colombia. She lived in Costa Rica for 20 years, and went to Miami to study Visual Arts at MIU. She was a preschool teacher for 14 years, but she is now a professional artist working with paintings. She has displayed most of her work in exhibitions in cities like Bogotá, San José, and Miami, with most of them being charity causes. She is a mother of three grown-up kids and a grandmother to her lvoely granddaughter. Not only does she paint, but she is also a skilled cook who loves to make great dishes at home. She would love to someday teach art to kids at school or to the elderly at care homes.
