Militza Montanez was born and raise in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She moved Tampa, FLorida and has lived there for about 10 years and she is now pursuing her Associates in Baking and Pastry at The Art Institute of Tampa. She loves to paint, draw, and bake when she has free time. She decided to pursue her dream of becoming a baker once she realized that it was one of her favorite hobbies and how much she loved baking with her grandma when she was younger. She hopes to graduate and open her own bakery one day. She is always looking for an excuse to bake sweet or make something she has never done before and try new recipes.
